Our Services - Tourism Sites

We provide the full range of services from initial feasibility of land in relation to tourism opportunities, as well as putting together a business plan and different options for the site based on a landowner’s options or a plan for the site.   These options can include what is possible through the licence approach without the need for planning permission, as well as the planning permission options.  Typically, our plan of action for a new tourism site would be to operate through the licence route and then build up the site if desired through customer demand and planning permission.

We plan on partnering with landowners on sites or providing them management services as well for the running of the sites.   Therefore, you can be as involved as you would like to.  We are also looking for landowners who want to pass over the land and obtain a profit share or land rental arrangement.

 

We can also recommend and source the equipment and construction requirements of the site.
