What we do

We are expert planning consultants, Simon Henry and Jason Parker, the Planning Directors each has over 20 years of experience and our supported by fellow Director Louise Shoren, who is a professional Finance and Business Director supporting the smooth running and coordination of projects.

We assess land for development potential and advise on the most strategic way forward — whether that’s through a planning application, Local Plan promotion, or land sale. We can also advise on 5-year housing land supply cases and housing delivery test gaps.
