We help and advise farmers and landowners in relation to business opportunities, business plans, farm diversification projects, development potential, planning applications and other related services. This work includes generating income from the land as well as development projects.

We deal with providing advice and services in relation to the planning requirements and whether sites can be set up under 'licence' arrangements. We deal with the whole process for you. We can also manage tourism sites and partner with you. If you have the land but no time then also get in touch.

We provide the full range of services relating to Self-Build projects including obtaining planning permission, advising on likelihood of success, facilitating development and sale of plots.

We deal with projects relating to outdoor recreation, leisure and education. This may include parks, playgrounds, outdoor adventure and activities as well as education projects. We can provide services relating to initial feasibility to completion of the project and management of it.

We act as land agent for clients and work in partnership with specialist land valuers in relation to the sale and negotiation of sales together with contracts for land sale. We also work with buyers to secure land as well as with development & Investment Partners.

We undertake Land Promotion arrangements including funding planning applications and costs and arranging sale of land. We also negotiate and help our clients with Land Promotion and Land Option agreements.

We deal with the letting and management of commercial buildings of all types and land, on behalf of landowners, property owners and estates. We also manage land and open spaces, as well as asset and portfolio management.

We provide marketing services including setting up and arranging websites, social media pages, brochures and other types of marketing services for businesses.
