We act as land agent and negotiator for our clients as well as dealing with the sale of land. We put together sale packs and can undertake tender/bid opportunities for land.

We act as land agent for clients, managing their land interests and negotiating on their behalf in terms of land rentals and land sales. We are skilled negotiators and work in this industry and therefore understand and appreciate the incomes that our clients can expect.

As part of this service, we work in partnership with specialist land valuers, surveyors and agents. We work with buyers to secure land as well as with development and Investment Partners.  We can also recommend whether auction would be appropriate as well.
