Our Services - Land Promotion 

We undertake Land Promotion arrangements by funding planning applications or being paid directly for our services.

Land promotion and land option agreements are between a landowner and investor or developer. The landowner either pays for the services that are required to obtain planning permission and dispose of the site or this is funded in part or full by the promoter who would then take a percentage of the sale price of the land or an agreed fee.

Whilst we directly fund some of these types of opportunities, we also undertake the promotion of land as a paid service. We also enable these types of arrangements to happen with our investments partners or negotiate these arrangements with other investors, clients, and developers. We act on behalf of investors as well as landowners.

We also act on behalf of others who have secured land promotion or option arrangements by undertaking the work required to obtain permission and tenders, bids and sale packs as well as arranging the sale of the site.
